Mixed media art combining the aquatic with postmodernism and its counterparts. Pieces include Brain Corals, China Clam Shells, Black Corals, Pink Conch Shells, and Red Corals to name just a few. All materials have been responsibly recycled as sea-life whether organically occurring or cultured. This collection spans over a decade extending from the coasts of northern California to the culture farms of Indonesia. The Post-Grotto is a cubist sea if he dreamed of reality. It painstakingly combines the crude and the conformist together and says, “Wait for tomorrow.” That is the statement in summary, however each piece is a chapter unto its own.
An intricate array of shells and sea life organized meticulously to create functional, yet decorative, pieces. These pieces range from frames to fountains, lamps to chandeliers and others.
